In the event that Supplier desires to deviate from a document, specification, drawing, or other requirement in the Purchase Order, it must submit a written deviation request to HydraFacial that includes the specific deviance, its reason, and the period (time, lots, etc.) during which it will remain in effect. HydraFacial will approve or reject the deviation in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request.
Supplier will provide HydraFacial with a copy of its documented process for receiving and responding to customer complaints related to the products or services provided by Supplier. The written complaint handling process must identify the person responsible for investigating and resolving such complaints, and the name of that person shall be included in the document.

The identifying information on each product/item must be clearly marked throughout the manufacturing cycle, including all packaging and shipping processes. A Certificate of Compliance/Certificate of Analysis will be provided with each shipment from Supplier to HydraFacial, listing all lot numbers.
Services related to the goods supplied under the Purchase Order will be performed with due diligence and in a good and workmanlike manner, using skilled, competent and experienced workmen and supervisors and in accordance with sound industry practices. Any services found to be incomplete, inferior or inappropriate will be corrected by Supplier and re-performed to HydraFacial’s reasonable satisfaction without additional cost or risk to HydraFacial for one (1) year from the date of performance of the disputed service(s).
If any product or service fails to meet the required specifications or if any damage occurs during delivery or transportation, HydraFacial may reject or revoke acceptance of such goods and/or service. No payment will be made for any rejected goods or service.
